Sunday Lunch

We serve lunch every day from 12pm to 4pm. Every sunday we also serve our popular sunday lunch buffet from 12:00 to 15:00.

Strandhotellets Sunday lunch buffet is based on carefully selected products from local suppliers in the area. We are inspired by our location close to the North Sea, and our menu therefore naturally contains seafood. We offer a large selection of different “Snaps”, created by nature in and around Blokhus.

Hot smoked salmon with herbal cream and rye breach crunch

Breaded plaice fillet with lemon and homemade remoulade

(All our fish are freshly caught and delivered daily by “KYST” from Hanstholm)

Ham roast with crispy pork rinds

Cheese board with selected cheeses from Thise Mejeri, kompot and Bornholm rye biscuits

Homemade apple cake as “Granny” made it

Homemade brownies with nuts and vanilla cream

Home-baked sourdough bread, rye bread and whipped butter

The little ones are of course also welcome in the restaurant.

We have two dishes daily for your most important ones – ask the staff.
