Our competent team creates unique gastronomic experiences. With a location in North Jutland and close to the North Sea, where some of Denmark’s best fish are catched, the sea’s delicacies naturally play a major role on the menu. Locally grown meat and organic vegetables from local growers are also in focus on our seasonal menu.

At Strandhotellet, the restaurant is designed to be the place for a delicious lunch or a complete evening out, both for hotel guests and for the rest.
Beautiful white handmade panels, oak planks and a large open fireplace create a stylish environment that is still relaxed and comfortable.

Strandhotellet also invites you inside the orangery, where lunch or dinner can be enjoyed, while looking outside at the beautiful courtyard.
In the summer, the calming yard with its oasis of trees, plants, flowers and a stream with rippling water, is the obvious lunch and dinner destination.

In Strandhotellet’s restaurant, also called Restaurant Blå, we serve well-prepared food with roots in the Danish seaside hotel history. Here, you will have the opportunity to enjoy food both morning, dinner and evening. This also includes our non-staying guests. Strandhotellet’s talented kitchen team is ready to prepare your meals and deliver a good dining experience.

We also offer luxury breaks at Strandhotellet. The kitchen chef will make sure that your visit at the restaurant becomes a tasty journey throughout the culinary world. The meals from the restaurant can be enjoyed in the dining room, the courtyard or the orangery.

If you like to eat fish, the Restaurant Blå can tempt you with freshly caught fish and other ingredients from the North Sea and local growers, with our team put together for delicious, tasty and aesthetic dishes.
