Cancellation / Adjustment

Individual nights without packages are free to cancel until 24 hours before arrival.

Several nights, more rooms and stays with packages are free to cancel until 7 days before arrival.

All room bookings, regardless of the above conditions, are free to move to another date within 1 year until 24 hours prior to arrival.

In case of no-show, full payment will be charged for the entire stay.

For companies, groups and events of more than 10 persons, please read the cancellation rules apply to companies.

Consent

When booking a stay at Strandhotellet (both private and business), regardless of where the booking is made, consent is automatically given to receive an SMS with a link to: “Practical information about the stay as well as the possibility to book additional benefits that can be used before, during or after the stay.”

The SMS from Goodiepack is intended as a tool to raise the level of service, as our guests can find answers to any questions and make use of advantageous offers during their stay. We hope this will bring joy and benefit.
