You can also supplement wellness in Blokhus with a walk to Blokhus beach, which is only 5 minutes away from the hotel. This is one of Northern Europe’s best beaches, which extends all the way from Rødhus in the south to Løkken in the north.

Massage and Reflexology

Here at Strandhotellet you have the opportunity to sweeten your stay with massage and/or reflexology. Massage is only offered to our overnight guests.

We only have one masseur in our house, therefore it is not possible to offer couple massage, where two people are massaged at once. The massage times can be booked in extension of each other.

We offer the following services in collaboration with our regular masseur:

Classic physioterapeutic oil massage
(Full body or partial)

This treatment is tension relieving and therapeutic. Ideal if you suffer from tension headaches, musculoskeletal pains or you have sustained an injury. Relieves infiltrations, myosis and injuries. Relaxation and wellness.

Relaxing massage

This treatment aims to calm down body and mind. Ideal for anyone who needs a break from everyday stress. Here, the focus is on you and your wellbeing. This treatment combines the classic oil massage with craniosacral techniques, light mindful guiding for relaxing the mind. Finish with scalp – and facial massage.

Healingmassage

This treatment focuses on physical and mental blocking and the body´s overall energy flow. This treatment combines the classic oil massage with a processing of the energetic system. If you suffer from stress or worries, this massage can be combined with therapeutic treatment.

Zoneterapi

Cleansing and therapeutic foot massage. Stimulating for the entire bodily function.
