Cancellation Policy

Accommodation

• Single-night stays without packages can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before arrival.

• Multiple nights, multiple rooms, and stays with packages can be cancelled free of charge up to 7 days before arrival.
• All room reservations can be rescheduled to another date within 1 year, up to 24 hours before arrival.
• In case of no-show, full payment for the entire stay will be charged.
• For parties, groups, and events with 10 or more people, special cancellation rules apply (see below).

Courses, Events & Groups

• Cancellation less than 60 days before start date: fee of 40% of confirmed price.

• Cancellation less than 30 days before start date: fee of 75% of confirmed price.
• The cancellation fee can be fully or partially deducted from the price of a future event held within 1 year, of at least the same value.
• Reduction of participants by up to 5% can be made free of charge up to 24 hours before start (weekends/holidays: by 10:00 on the previous working day).
• Cancellation must always be made in writing and includes annulment, reduction, shortening, rescheduling, and similar significant changes.

General Terms

Planning No later than 10 days before arrival, please provide:

• Name list for room allocation

• Program with desired meal times
• Requests for table setup and AV equipment
• Requirements for invoice splitting or EAN billing

Payment & Fees

• Prices are quoted as net prices and based on total settlement.

• If invoice splitting or EAN billing is required, this must be notified before arrival. Changes after arrival incur a fee per invoice.
• Payment terms: 8 days net from invoice date.
• For online bookings, 1 DKK is reserved on the credit card.
• The accommodation price will be charged the evening before arrival or on the day of arrival.
• Any fees for using corporate or foreign credit cards are payable by the guest.
• Refunds are only made to the card used for payment.

Deposit

• For private events, a deposit of DKK 5,000is required upon booking.

• Second installment of 50% of confirmed price is due 1 month before the event.
• Deposit and installment will be deducted from the final settlement.

Damages

• The guest/company is liable for damages or vandalism to furniture and property.

Duration

• Alcohol service stops at 05:00at the latest due to licensing regulations.

• The event duration is specified in the order confirmation.

Personal Data & Consent

• By booking, you automatically consent to receiving an SMS with practical information and offers via Goodiepack.

• The SMS is a service tool to enhance the guest experience.
• Questions about consent can be directed to the reception.
• Personal data is processed in accordance with GDPR and is not shared with third parties.
